Transforming a completely bareshell apartment into a fully automated luxury smart home — without a single wall break — this project for Mr. Mickey Patel, showcases the power of Aqara + Apple HomeKit wireless automation executed by DBGTECH.
Our goal was to make every corner of this Mumbai home seamlessly connected, intelligent, and controllable — all through Siri voice commands, Home app, and Aqara automations.

The Challenge
When DBGTECH took over the project, the site was a bareshell flat with no prior automation provisions.Challenges included:
No concealed conduits for wired automation systems
The need for a complete retrofit solution without civil changes
Multiple lighting circuits to be automated in different zones
Integration of ACs, curtains, and sensors — all wirelessly
The Scenes We Created
“Welcome Home” Scene: Lights and ACs turn on when the door unlocks.
“Movie Mode” Scene: Curtains close, lights dim to 40%, and the AC adjusts automatically.
“Goodnight Mode” Scene: One voice command turns everything off.
Every device was integrated seamlessly — wireless, elegant, and fully HomeKit compatible.
